AFS Thailand hosted the 2012 AFS World Congress at the Rama Gardens Hotel in Bangkok. With a theme of Sharpening Our Focus, plenary and small group breakout sessions focused on the topics of Volunteer Development, Intercultural Learning and Program Development.
AFS Celebrates the 90th Birthday of Ward B. Chamberlin, Jr. and Art Howe, Jr.
Ward and Art served as AFS ambulance drivers in World War II, and became founders, active volunteers, and life trustees of the AFS student exchange programs.
