			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Leadership</strong> is a word that we hear a lot nowadays. The concept has been studied from multiple perspectives and one of them, <em>intercultural </em>leadership, is becoming increasingly relevant as organizations become more culturally diverse.
