		<description>As being a typical introvert, I can totally relate to this article. I do admit that introversion is one of the major barriers to intercultural learning (ICL). Just like what Susan Cain said, introverts always prefer a “quieter, more low-key environment”, which is opposite to most cases in ICL. As being an undergraduate student studying intercultural communication, however, I do recognize the importance of sharing as well as exchanging different cultural experiences worldwide. Although it is almost an inevitable fact that introverts would encounter much more challenges and difficulties during ICL, I still would try my very best to overcome them and to gain the benefits of ICL as my ultimate goal.</description>
