The qualities that you listed are great things to keep in mind for those who are seeking to become leaders. I think that intercultural attitude is one of the most important skills. It is vital to the successful foundation of a competent leader. If the right attitude and desire to learn and improve is not there, then the leader will not be receptive to improving the tools of communication, skill level, knowledge or awareness. We all have to make greater efforts toward understanding other cultures. Whenever possible, we should provide and participate in learning opportunities that will help us to acquire the knowledge that we need to be global citizens in a respectful and sensitive way.
