The new edition of Exchange Student Survival Kit by Bettina Hansel of AFS Intercultural Programs goes to press this month and will be available soon for sale at Intercultural Press (see discount coupon below). (Also available at Amazon.com)
The second edition has been completely updated and revised, with added chapters addressing personal safety concerns and the impact of technology on the exchange experience and advice on how to manage it. The revisions also reflect new knowledge about the exchange experience gained from the research by Dr. Mitchell R. Hammer. The book is especially written for teenagers in simple English.
