12/23/2005 - Christmas card designs win awards for five Polk County High School students
Shown is the card designed by Jonas Wilmart, a student at Polk County High School through the AFS intercultural exchange program.
This card was one of five chosen for recognition this year by the Polk County Board of Education. The other recognized artists are Keen McFarland, Jacob Thelen, Meredith McCool and Tyler Grobowski.
Each student artist received a gift certificate, a certificate of appreciation and a pack of ten cards of their design.
