The AFS Intercultural Link Learning Program is an exciting new multi-step training and assessment program designed to further develop intercultural learning facilitation competencies for AFS volunteer and staff worldwide. It improves how we connect with others and supports our mission of helping individuals and communities become more comfortable and adapt with cultural differences.
Volunteers and staff from 12 Partner organizations have already enrolled in the Learning Program. Watch the highlights here and see AFSers in the Central-America and Asia-Pacific regions in action!
