Our duplication and reproduction fees are used to defray costs and to continue the development of the Archives of the American Field Service and AFS Intercultural Programs and our collections. The fees help support our efforts, as a non-profit organization, to preserve the material and make them accessible for educational and future use.

Please note the following:

There is no self-service photocopying in the Archives.
Please submit photocopying and scanning requests at the end of your research visit. Arrangements will be made to mail your photocopies to you.
Pre-payment by cash or check is required. Checks should be made payable to AFS Intercultural Programs, Inc., and "AFS Archives- Collections" should be specified in the subject line. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Once payment is received, copy orders can take several weeks to process.
